For 15 years, OnePath has proudly partnered with AFA to recognise the brightest new talent in advice.
The OnePath AFA Rising Star of the Year is an opportunity for advisers to demonstrate their commitment to excellence in advice. The award is also a fantastic opportunity for the advisers involved, helping them showcase their abilities and develop their profiles and personal brand.

2019 ONEPATH AFA RISING STAR OF THE YEAR

As at 1 August 2019, has been responsible for signing off on personal financial advice for four years or less

Is able to demonstrate that they provide quality financial advice, deliver an exceptional client experience and is bringing innovation to the provision of their advice

Is contributing to the financial literacy of their clients and perhaps the community

Is able to demonstrate a commitment to their ongoing professional development

The Prize

The Finalists
Will attend a full day ‘Personal Breakaway’ workshop on 20 September in Sydney. You’ll leave with a personal plan that will cover business, financial and personal objectives, receive ID profiling to help identify your drivers and values as well as a follow up action call with the Director of Coaching to help you implement your plan.

The Winner
Will have a choice of:

receiving quarterly, personalized coaching from an experienced Business Coach and qualified financial adviser OR
a two day Business Planning workshop for up to 3 team members to get aligned on a business vision and create long-terms strategic and operational plans
